Previously on Monday this week, Mbooni MP Kivasu Nzioka launched the 2nd edition training of referees by Football Kenya Federation (FKF) , an event that took place at Tawa Social Hall.
Today Friday, the training has finally come to an end, with 96 participants receiving Football Kenya Federation ( FKF) CERTIFICATES.
The training was initiated by Mbooni MP Kivasu Nzioka to equip the participants with market value refereeing skills that will help them sharpen and brighten their future.
The 96 received the certificates at Tawa Social Hall, when MP Kivasu Nzioka attended the closing ceremony of the training.
It was not just by miracle, No, after undergoing classes throughout the week, the participants underwent exams to test their newly learnt skills , a process that determined one's capability, enabling them been issued with Certificates.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mbooni MP Kivasu Nzioka urged the young referees to maintain their fitness and their knowledge, to be disciplined and to be ready to answer duty's call.
"You never know when the call comes, always be ready"- Kivasu said
During the training, Course topics were presented to the trainees as well as visual presentations and practicals.
Hon. Kivasu is focused on nurturing the youth talents in Mbooni through sporting and other ancillary activities.
At the end of the 5 day training, Hon. Kivasu together with FKF officials will issue the participants with refereeing professional certificates. #radatvupdates
