On Wednesday, Devolution Principal Secretary Teresia Mbaika launched relief food distribution exercise at Mukaa subcounty in Makueni county.
The relief food will cushion at least 1853 households affected by drought according to a visibility study conducted by National Drought Management Authority
This is part of the National Government's efforts to mitigate and support families against the effects of the ongoing drought that have wrecked havoc across the entire country.
