Principal Secretary Teresia Mbaika was speaking this during the Annual General Meeting of the County Pension Fund (CPF) in Nakuru.
PS Teresia Mbaika said this will ensure financial independence for retiring County Government Employees.
The PS, who has joined CPF Board of Trustees, lauded the Pension Fund for introducing a Medical Scheme for its retired Members.
CPF has a Membership of 115,000 from the County Governments
