Yatta Constituency MP under Wiper ticket Robert Basil has come out to say that there is need for leaders to fully empower the youth,since Kenya is experiencing high rate of youth unemployment
Basil revealed that him as a member of the National Assembly, he will make sure he frontline yatta youths so as to make sure that they acquire job opportunities to make them moving
With the high rate of youth unemployment, most of the youth have lost hope of life,leading to immoral behaviours and unnecessary engagements
"we must set and work together for the benefit of our people"- says Basil
Basil went on saying that leaders have a reason to slot the youth in their front development agendas,saying that he will not tire in looking for what best suites the youth and the community at large
"As leaders we have a task to make sure that our youths are well engaged with something that will financially empower them and bring food on their tables"- added Basil
Basil asked the youths to stay calm as he works on proper programmes that will in return benefit them and also raise their living standards
The wiper elected MP Robert Basil went on requesting Yatta people and Machakos at large,to share and enjoy the little they have during this festive season,with the less fortune in the society
He used the opportunity to wish Yatta People A Happy Merry Christmas and Happy New year 2023
