Speaking on Tuesday afternoon when he visited the school, Kalama Ward MCA Hon.Bonface Musyimi Maeke said that he will join hands together with Machakos County Government to upgrade Kimutwa Polytechnic
According to the MCA Musyimi Maeke ,the Polytechnic is one very key to the community,since it holds a big percentage of students from the community and the area generally
From his speech,
"This school is very important to the community and we cannot just give an eye as it fades.No,I must do something to help upgrade it so that the community benefits in bigger ways from it.I will collaborate with The County Government of Machakos to see how we can best improve and upgrade it"- said Maeke
The Polytechnic offers community interest courses,which is one of the reasons why it should not be neglected
Education is the key to success. MCA Musyimi Maeke is fully dedicated and determined to helping Kalama Ward step ahead Education wise
Moving on,the MCA also visited Kiundwani area whereby he joined Davis and Shirtliff, Epicenter Africa during donation of solar panels that will ease water pumping in the area
Later in the day he visited Mbembani area to check on a borehole project that was donated by Project Maji
Kalama residents told Rada TV Kenya that they are proud to have Bonface Musyimi Maeke as their MCA since he is fully dedicated to his work.
