According to the Health Minister Daniel Yumbya, there is a need to promote Machakos County health workers who have stagnated in one job group for long
Yumbya was addressing the Media earlier today at Machakos Level 5 Hospital,when he flagged off this year's week of the nurses celebrations
"Governor Wavinya Ndeti is committed to ensure that those who have stagnated in one position for long are promoted appropriately as she promised during her campaigns", said Dr Yumbya.
Dr Yumbya commented nurses for their commitment to work over the years despite enormous challenges and assured them of his personal support in their endeavors.
"I will be visiting every health facility in the county to engage with the health workers on what is called supportive supervision",added Dr Yumbya.
