On Sartuday while attending the burial ceremony of the late Gedion Kavuu,who was the MCA Mumbuni North Ward, Machakos Assembly Speaker Anne Kiusya termed him as a hero for he was actively involved in matters concerning Assembly and matters benefitting Mumbuni North People.
Speaker Kiusya asked Mumbuni North Ward people to stay calm as they await for further guidelines.
According to speaker Anne Kiusya, peace and unity are key factors for responsible growth amongst the community.
Assembly Speaker Anne Kiusya went on calling for peace amongst Kavuu's Family, revealing that the County Assembly (2nd Assembly ) will be available in any help that the family will need, promising to stand with the family and never give a deaf ear.
Speaker Anne Kiusya went on ;
"It's with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to a visionary leader whose contribution to societal development will dearly be missed"
