Against ministry of Education guidelines, St.Mary's Boys School head has gone extra illegally, collecting illegal levies and many other innermost charges
According to the parents, the extra levies by the school head, have resulted to be tough and inhuman,for those who haven't complied, their children have been sent home
The parents now want Education CS Machogu to intervene and take proper legal actions to the school head
