Giving an eye at one of his businesses; Machakos Cottage Inn, some of his employees have complained of salary payments issues, revealing that the mentioned boss,Francis Ngunga,ignores them even after they ask for their salaries
Machakos Cottage Inn is a Bar & Restaurant, located just past Machakos Golf Club along Machakos - Kangundo Road
Talking to Rada TV on Sunday Morning at Machakos Town, one of the complainants revealed that he has worked at Machakos Cottage Inn for not less than 2 months,without receiving his salary as they had agreed with the boss' Francis Ngunga
"I used to be in office for my duties as we had agreed. Everyday I had to use my own transport fee from where I live to the office,thinking that it would result to fruitful results,but it was all in vain"- he stated
He went on saying that it was until some point when he couldn't make to go to the office, since he had not been paid his salary,having hard times with no transport fee
The complainant revealed that he joined cottage at a time when the Mentioned MCA Francis Ngunga was on his last moments campaign period, to help him on his campaigns and still manage some duties at Machakos Cottage Inn but after tirelessly working for his success, he forgot the hard work that he had done
"Actually it's him who awoke me with a phone call, asking me to join him. I never knew he was such inhuman "- he revealed
He went on saying that he has been sending him messages, calling,asking for his salary, but Ngunga hasn't replied to either of the 17 messages upto now,making him annoyed and regret working with him
Ngunga is said to be an arrogant man who is inhuman and hard to handle
MUA WARD RESIDENTS AND MACHAKOS AT LARGE,ARE WARNED OF ELECTING OR EVEN WORKING WITH SUCH AN ARROGANT PERSON.
